“The villa was a disappointment. And to make matters worse, the Jacuzzi that the host claims as a headline amenity is completely missing. This listing is highly misleading. On contacting Airbnb about it the host acknowledged that the listing is misleading and barely offer a meagre compensation. Very unprofessional. I have stayed at another villa hosted by the same host and that was much better. The villa host was unresponsive. One of the rooms had a smell issue and malfunctioning issue- we messaged the host at night and nobody showed up until late next morning. All the windows and doors are sliding and have huge gaps even when shut. The property is not so bad but the host and the management needs to be better”
